CREATIVE ENCOUTERS
I offer creative workshops and life coaching with a focus on self-development through contemporary art and creativity. This work is open to everyone: active professionals, artists or non-artists, care providers and corporate institutions. I draw on my artistic expertise divising artistic projects through improvisation, games and creative exercises making it into a fun and unexpected encounter that will bring you self-realisation. During the practice, I also draw on my independent studies of psychology and spirituality to inspire people's self-development and self-awareness. I use family constellation therapy tools to help self-esteem development and to overcome existencial crisis and trauma focusing on the healing process.

CHAKRA SESSIONS
I offer chakra sessions using different means to help you unlock the centers of strength, finding the paths of problems. Together, we will find inspiration for the questions for which you want answers from the heart.
Duration: 2 hours each session.

CREATIVE EXPERIMENTS
FOTOGRAMAS VAGABUNDOS is an experimental documentary movie based on personal testimonies and fictional stories. Each participant was asked to bring an object related to a precious memory and to tell the object's story. They were also invited to choose someone else's object and recreate its own story, crossing with their personal memories. Can you find out who is telling a personal story or who owns the object?
This documentary was produced as part of the creative self-development sessions with a talented group of artists during the workshops facilitated by IMAGINATIVO.
